FAQ
Common questions from teams evaluating governed agent work.
What is a workspace?
Do you provide the AI model?
Can we start with one workspace?
What are proxied browser requests?
- Counts: each successful page fetch (and optional render step) consumes requests from your plan quota.
- Best for: simple pages that render server-side or with light client-side behavior.
- Less ideal for: highly interactive apps, JS-heavy dashboards, infinite scroll, or multi-step sessions behind aggressive bot protection.
- Works best for: documentation and help centers, news articles and blog posts, product and pricing pages, public data portals, and directory-style listings.
How long are audits retained, and can we download archived audits?
- Workspace Pilot: 180 days of audit history included.
- Workspace Pro / Scale / Enterprise: 2 years of audit history included.
Why is Stacksona priced differently than AI chat tools?
How do we start a trial?
What happens if I exceed proxied browser requests, storage, or bandwidth?
Limits are enforced to protect performance for all workspaces. When you hit a limit, Stacksona will pause that specific capability until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
- Pilot and Pro: hard limit, upgrade to increase capacity.
- Scale: you can request an increase during onboarding for consistent high-volume workloads.
- Enterprise: capacity is configured to your needs.
Archived audits: how many downloads are included each month?
For workspaces with archivable audits, archived exports can be downloaded up to 25 times per workspace per month. This protects storage egress and prevents automated scraping of archives. If you need higher export volume for compliance workflows, we can raise the limit during onboarding.
What does “fair use” mean for Email and Slack approval alerts?
Approval notifications are designed for human review loops, not high-frequency event streaming. Fair use is up to 1,000 approval alert deliveries per workspace per month. If your workflow needs higher volume, we will tune alert routing as part of Scale or Enterprise onboarding.
Does the price include Claude, GPT, or other model costs?
No. Stacksona is BYOAI. You connect your own model provider and pay that provider directly. Stacksona provides the governed workspace, policies, audit history, and rollback controls around the agent workflow.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a governed environment for a specific team, program, or operational lane. Many organizations start with one workspace and add more as they scale across departments or use cases.
Concurrent users vs total users: what is the difference?
Concurrent users is how many people can actively operate in the workspace at the same time. You can grant access to more people, but only the concurrent limit can be active simultaneously.
What does 99.9% SLA mean and do you offer service credits?
99.9% monthly uptime corresponds to about 43 minutes of allowable downtime per month. Service credit terms are provided during onboarding for Scale and Enterprise customers.
We will reach out to set up your first workspace and map your workflows to the right governance controls.
