Billing options

Choose quarterly or yearly billing. Yearly includes a 10% discount.

Quarterly $387 per workspace per quarter
Yearly $1,393 per workspace per year (10% savings)
Teams typically start with a Pilot to validate the first workflows, then expand as usage becomes operational.

Included in every plan

Every plan includes approvals, an audit timeline, and rollback-friendly history. Higher tiers add guarantees and more capacity.

Approval gates for sensitive actions
Every critical or high‑risk step moves through human approval before execution.
Complete activity history
Full timelines of every action are captured for review and retrospective analysis.
Exportable audit records
Defensible logs can be exported for internal review or regulatory requirements.
Workspace rollback
If something goes wrong, rewind to any prior state and recover quickly.
Controlled AI execution environment
Agents run within your defined operational policies and capacity limits.

How capacity works

Simple constraints that keep scaling predictable.

Concurrent users
How many people can actively run work in parallel inside a workspace.
Workspace storage
Persisted files, snapshots, and artifacts retained by the workspace.
Monthly bandwidth
Data transfer for files and execution within the governed environment.
Proxied browser requests
Fast, controlled retrieval of web content for agent workflows. Best for simple pages that are not JS-heavy.

FAQ

Common questions from teams evaluating governed agent work.

What is a workspace?
A workspace is the governed environment where your team and assistants operate, with policy gates, history, and capacity controls.
Do you provide the AI model?
Stacksona is BYOAI. You connect the model provider you want and run inside governed workflows.
Can we start with one workspace?
Yes. Most teams start with one workspace and add more as workflows become standardized.
What are proxied browser requests?
Proxied browser requests are metered, outbound page fetches performed through Stacksona’s managed browsing proxy. Your agents can retrieve and parse public webpages and documents without running a full virtual machine or fragile UI automation.
  • Counts: each successful page fetch (and optional render step) consumes requests from your plan quota.
  • Best for: simple pages that render server-side or with light client-side behavior.
  • Less ideal for: highly interactive apps, JS-heavy dashboards, infinite scroll, or multi-step sessions behind aggressive bot protection.
  • Works best for: documentation and help centers, news articles and blog posts, product and pricing pages, public data portals, and directory-style listings.
How long are audits retained, and can we download archived audits?
  • Workspace Pilot: 180 days of audit history included.
  • Workspace Pro / Scale / Enterprise: 2 years of audit history included.
Audits can be exported for compliance, incident review, or long-term storage. To prevent abuse, archived audit export is rate-limited under fair use (included: 25 archived audit downloads per workspace per month). If you need higher export volume for compliance workflows, we can raise limits during onboarding.
Why is Stacksona priced differently than AI chat tools?
Chat tools focus on generating output. Stacksona focuses on making AI‑assisted work traceable, reviewable, and aligned with your operational controls.
How do we start a trial?
Start your 30-day trial and we will follow up to onboard your first workspace and map workflows to governance controls.
What happens if I exceed proxied browser requests, storage, or bandwidth?

Limits are enforced to protect performance for all workspaces. When you hit a limit, Stacksona will pause that specific capability until the next cycle or until you upgrade.

  • Pilot and Pro: hard limit, upgrade to increase capacity.
  • Scale: you can request an increase during onboarding for consistent high-volume workloads.
  • Enterprise: capacity is configured to your needs.
Archived audits: how many downloads are included each month?

For workspaces with archivable audits, archived exports can be downloaded up to 25 times per workspace per month. This protects storage egress and prevents automated scraping of archives. If you need higher export volume for compliance workflows, we can raise the limit during onboarding.

What does “fair use” mean for Email and Slack approval alerts?

Approval notifications are designed for human review loops, not high-frequency event streaming. Fair use is up to 1,000 approval alert deliveries per workspace per month. If your workflow needs higher volume, we will tune alert routing as part of Scale or Enterprise onboarding.

Does the price include Claude, GPT, or other model costs?

No. Stacksona is BYOAI. You connect your own model provider and pay that provider directly. Stacksona provides the governed workspace, policies, audit history, and rollback controls around the agent workflow.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a governed environment for a specific team, program, or operational lane. Many organizations start with one workspace and add more as they scale across departments or use cases.

Concurrent users vs total users: what is the difference?

Concurrent users is how many people can actively operate in the workspace at the same time. You can grant access to more people, but only the concurrent limit can be active simultaneously.

What does 99.9% SLA mean and do you offer service credits?

99.9% monthly uptime corresponds to about 43 minutes of allowable downtime per month. Service credit terms are provided during onboarding for Scale and Enterprise customers.
